On the occasion of Nepali New Year, 1st of baishak 2073, we decided to go for a hike around Dhulikhel. The initial planning was to reach Dhulikhel and then hike upto Namobouddha and the return back to Kathmandu.
We meet at Koteshwer at 7:30am and then catch a but to Dhulikhel. From there we have to walk upto Namobouddha, but there were no shortcuts and hence we got to walk mostly on the highway. Walking on the highway along with busy motor vehicle is not interesting. After a while we took a shortcut to cross the sharp bend on the highway. We have been through traffics landscape, beautiful farm land and the panorama view of the Dhulikhel city.
The landscape was great and in the mean time we decided to roam around rather then reaching our destination, Namobouddha. We rest, we roam, we had lunch and at eve we returned to Kathamndu. After all it was full of fun.
